Congratulations to the Spring 2026 Water Institute Travel Award Recipients

Congratulations to Adeyinka Ayodele, Chamoda Dissanayake, and Ashley Hennessey as recipients of the Water Institute Spring Travel Awards! These gators will be traveling across the nation to Washington state or internationally to Costa Rica in the following months. There, they will present their water-focused research. The Water Institute Travel Award is to provide financial support for students to reach new heights at national or international conferences, develop professional skills, and build new connections across fields.

See below to learn more about the award recipients, the conferences they will be presenting at, and their research. Additionally, the Water Institute will be hosting an event to showcase their research, so stay tuned for more information!
