Interests are in ecology of oceanic and coastal marine systems. Dr. Frazer has worked with reef fish and other reef-dwelling organisms in warm-temperate environments and also with zooplankton in the Southern (Antarctic) Ocean. His more recent work is focused on estuarine and nearshore coastal waters in the Gulf of Mexico. He coordinates a large-scale, water quality monitoring program in the Big Bend region of Florida, and is also involved in several related ecological investigations
