Currently developing( since 2011) a joint Research and Development program in partnership with the University of Sao Paulo, through Cooperative Agreement, regarding the proposed Water Ring for the Metropolis (Hidroanel Metropolitano de Sao Paulo)sponsored by the City of Sao Paulo. Developped strategies and projects through graduate students work,of proposals for the Cities of Saint Augustine,Daytona,Jacksonville,Palm Beach, Green Cove Springs, and Port Canaveral, and the Intracoastal waterways. Published in the international magazines Portus and Aquapolis of the Cities on Water Institute. -Habitat of the Urban man and the Natural Man, the beaches and coastline of Montevideo.
